Service Description

During consultation we will extensively review your medical history, do pulse and tongue diagnosis, after assessing your imbalances I can recommend individualized lifestyle changes, dietary guidelines, herbs and potential supportive body treatments depending on your specific needs to bring your body back to homeostasis. After your session, we will send you a personalized wellness plan with detailed instructions to focus on in the coming weeks. This usually includes diet and lifestyle guidance and Ayurvedic herbs to get started. We will carefully work together to make adjustments and additions to your wellness plan and herbal protocol.
