This is excellent for all types of back issues including but not limited to musculoskeletal, neurological back injuries, lower back ache, lumbar spondylitis, slipped disk, nerve compression and sciatica. It works by strengthening the back muscles and nourishing the nerves, improves blood flow, reduces inflammation, stiffness and pain. Helps eliminate accumulated toxins due to stagnation or improper blood flow and relaxes the entire lower back without any side-effects. Recommended as a preventative treatment not just for individuals with existing conditions. Approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour followed by localized herbal infused steam.
