Service Description

Shirodhara | One of the most profound, relaxing and healing treatments in Ayurveda. Consisting of a warm and consistent flow of medicated oil poured on the forehead over specific marma points (vital energy points). This treatment helps relax the nervous system, releases stress from the body and cleanses the mind and body. This allows the body to enter an (non ordinary) altered state of consciousness. Shirodhara is used to help with insomnia, anxiety, PTSD, mental clarity and memory. Approximately 30 minutes to an hour
