After your session, we will send you a personalized wellness plan with detailed instructions to focus on in the coming weeks. This usually includes diet and lifestyle guidance and Ayurvedic herbs to get started. We will carefully work together to make adjustments and additions to your wellness plan and herbal protocol.

4 Hand 2 Person Abhyanga; Medicated oils are used to massage and help relax the body, assist the central nervous system and create mind and body connection. Abhyanga eliminates excess toxins from the body, establishes balance, strengthens the tissues, improves lymphatic and arterial circulation, ignites digestive capacity, rejuvenates, and increases overall longevity.

Shirodhara - Third Eye Oil Treatment - $180
​
Shirodhara | One of the most profound, relaxing and healing treatments in Ayurveda. Consisting of a warm and consistent flow of medicated oil poured on the forehead over specific marma points (vital energy points). This treatment helps relax the nervous system, releases stress from the body and cleanses the mind and body. This allows the body to enter an (non ordinary) altered state of consciousness. Shirodhara is used to help with insomnia, anxiety, PTSD, mental clarity and memory.

Janu Basti - Localized Oil Treatment - $220

Janu basti | Oil pooling over the knee joint. This powerful Ayurvedic treatment helps in the management of knee pain, stiffness, inflammation, sport injuries of the knee. Janu basti is known to alleviate symptoms of Osteoarthritis and Osteoporosis. The warm oil soaks through the entire knee joint, lubricating tissue, muscle, bone, nerves. This helps relieve pain, stiffness, increases blood flow, lowers inflammation, swelling, strengthens, eliminates toxic waste, rejuvenates fluids without any side-effects bringing a feeling lightness, improved joint health, increased movement and range of motion.

Udvartana - Herbal Scrub Treatment - $360

Udvartana is one of the best therapy in Ayurvedic treatments for weight loss. It is a deep tissue massage using Ayurvedic herbal powders. In this procedure, the body is coated with herbal oils and then herbal powders called Choornams are rubbed on the body.
By generating heat through massage, this treatment melts the excess fat that is accumulated in the body. It improves the blood circulation, rejuvenates the body and improves skin texture.

Kati Basti - Localized Oil Treatment - $160

The use of oil pooling in the lumbosacral region of the back, including specific important marma points (vital energy points). This is excellent for all types of back issues including but not limited to musculoskeletal, neurological back injuries, lower back ache, lumbar spondylitis, slipped disk, nerve compression and sciatica. It works by strengthening the back muscles and nourishing the nerves, improves blood flow, reduces inflammation, stiffness and pain. Helps eliminate accumulated toxins due to stagnation or improper blood flow and relaxes the entire lower back without any side-effects. Recommended as a preventative treatment not just for individuals with existing conditions.

Greeva basti - Localized Oil Treatment - $160
Oil pooling of the back of the neck in cervical area, greeva basti is a very effective treatment used for all neck-related conditions, from stress to more acute or severe conditions. Greeva basti is known to help with neck injuries, slipped cervical disks, migraines, tension headaches, sprains and strains of the muscle, cervical spondylosis, cervical osteoarthritis, torticollis and spinal stenosis. Greeva basti offers relief from pain, stiffness, stress, inflammation. Eliminates swelling, accumulation of toxins in the bones, soft tissues and muscles. Soothes the nerves, enhances blood supply and strengthens neck, shoulders and arms. Increases range of motion.

Netra tarpana - Eye Treatment - $200
​
Oil pooling or pouring therapy used to help with disorders of the eyes as well as to enhance eye function. Depending on the condition, medicated oils or medicated liquid will be poured into the eyes for a few minutes. This treatment helps with stress and strain related disorders, dry eyes, strengthens optical nerve, enhances eye sight, nourishes brain.

Pinda churna sweda | Podikizhi - $175
​
Local treatment done with cloth boluses, filled with herbs and spices. Application of heated boluses used to help with long-standing relief from muscular pain, arthritis, swelling, degeneration of bone, muscle sprains, stiffness, back pain, neuromuscular pain and scoliosis.

Shali pinda sweda - $360
​
Local treatment using rice filled boluses with herbs, dipped in hot hebalized milk. Milk is incredibly nourishing even when applied topically. This treatment helps with tremors, emaciation, fibromyalgia, weakness of muscles, rejuvenates and re-energize the body.

Marma Chikitsa - $200
​
There’s a total of 108 marma points on the body. Local or whole body marma (vital energy point) therapy are manipulated/stimulated, the main aim of marma therapy is to clear channels in the body to maintain proper circulation of vital life force (prana) used for musculoskeletal pain, energetic blockages, psychological disorders, depression, neuromuscular, nervous system, blood circulation and amazing for improving Prana (life force) flow in the whole body.

Nasya - Medicated Nasal Treatment - $120

Consist of individually prescribed herbs and oil drops, inhaled through the nose to clear the sinuses of excessive mucus. Clears the head region, promotes clarity and eases anxiety and helps with sleeping disorders. It’s also an important therapy for calming the central nervous system. This treatment eliminates deep seated dryness that exist at the root of many respiratory aliments.

Shiro-abhyanga-nasya - $175

A luxurious combination of head, neck, shoulder and facial lymphatic drainage treatment, using traditional and the best quality oils, followed by deep inhalation of herbal therapeutic aromatic steam and a nasal sinus herbalized oil. Offers relief from neck and back pain, headaches and stress.

Local pizichili - Oil Pouring Treatment - $180

A soothing continuous stream of warm, herbal infused oil poured over a part of the body while being massaged. This helps with deep tissue cleansing, pain and weakened muscles.

Prenatal Abhyanga - $400
​
Is a classic Ayurvedic therapy done after the 2nd trimester that includes medicated oil application to the whole body. Abhyanga provides relief from aches, pain, fatigue, swelling, water retention, stress, stiffness in the body. Helping strengthens muscles while lubricating the joints, deeply moisturizes and nourishes skin which helps eliminate stretch marks and helps prevent lumps in breast.

Ayurvedic postpartum care - $600 per session
​
We offer support to mamas during the 42 day sacred window after birth. According to Ayurveda, proper self-care will determine the next 40 years of moms life and sets the stage for a lifetime of health and well-being.
​
Postpartum Abhyanga is preformed with specific medicated oils that are made with herbs that help strengthen the muscles and pacify vata dosha. Postnatal Abhyanga is very different and is specifically designed to expel vata from the body, it helps the body recuperate faster from childbirth, relieves tiredness from lack of sleep, mental fatigue, body pain and potential breastfeeding difficulties.
Traditional belly binding is also done to help expel vata from abdominal cavity and aids uterus shrink back to its normal size which helps the rest of the organs settle back into place.
Herbs can be given in a tea form to help increase breast milk production when needed. We also recommend herbs to help ignite digestive fire which can become diminished by pregnancy and finally we teach moms how to give their babies Abhyanga massage. This not only helps mom and baby bond but is incredibly beneficial to increase baby’s intellect and mental function, encourages healthy growth, straightens bones and limbs, reduces colic and strengthens digestion.

Panchakarma - Ayurvedic Full Body Detox - Starting $1500
​
A complete whole body detox, this treatment requires up to 14 + days to complete. It consist of three main steps. Preparatory procedure, taking custom blend of herbs and medicated ghee are given* to loosen up toxins that are lodged deep into our tissues, joints and bones. Complimentary bodywork therapies that assist in bringing toxins, imbalances up to the surface making it easier to expel from the body. Main Procedure consist of taking tailor made herbs or sometimes oil to purge the excess doshas and toxins. Finally post detox care where you’re given an individualized diet and lifestyle plan to follow for a certain amount of days post detox.
